1Description of the Service

KibrisYuvam is an intermediary listing platform that lets users publish listings for property sale or rental, search those listings, message listing owners, and save listings to favorites.

KibrisYuvam is not a party to any sale, rental, or transfer transaction. Title-deed transfer, rental agreements, deposits, payment, and handover are handled entirely between the listing owner and the buyer/tenant, outside the platform. The platform does not process payments.

2Membership and Account Security

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information to register. Only one account may be opened per person.

• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential. Every action taken through your account is considered to have been taken by you.
• Report any suspected unauthorized access to your account to us immediately.
• You may be asked to verify your phone number once by SMS before publishing a listing.
• Super admin and moderator accounts are created through internal role assignment; you cannot request one.

3Listing Content and Responsibility

You alone are responsible for every listing, photo, description, and message you post. By publishing a listing, you represent that:

• You have the authority to list the property (as its owner, an authorized representative, or a licensed estate agent).
• The stated price, area, title-deed type, room count, and location are accurate.
• You have the right to share the photos you upload; you are not using someone else's images without permission.

KibrisYuvam does not investigate the accuracy of listing information and does not verify title-deed or zoning status, and content moderation (automated and/or human review) exists only to filter clear violations of platform rules — a published listing does not mean its accuracy has been endorsed by the platform. Carrying out due diligence before making a decision about a property is the buyer's/tenant's responsibility.

Listings stay live for a set period; when it ends they come down automatically and you can republish them from My listings. The number of listings an account can have live at the same time is limited.

4Prohibited Uses

The following behaviors lead to your account being warned, suspended, or permanently banned:

• Publishing fake, misleading, or duplicate listings; listing a property that does not exist.
• Using messaging for unsolicited advertising, harassment, or fraud.
• Scraping the platform with automated tools or bulk-copying listing data.
• Impersonating another user or using their account without authorization.
• Attempting to bypass or circumvent the platform's security measures.
• Opening a new account to evade a suspension or ban on another one.

If you report a listing or a user, your identity is never shared with the person you reported; reports are seen only by the moderation team.

5Messaging, Blocking and Reports

• You can edit a message you sent, or delete it for everyone, until the other person reads it; after that you can only delete it for yourself.
• A user you block cannot message you. Trying to reach a user who has blocked you from another account is prohibited.
• When you report a user, a copy of your chat with them is passed to the moderation team so it can be reviewed.

6Ads

Advertiser accounts can publish ads in the spaces allocated to them. Every ad is pre-screened by AI and approved by an administrator before it goes live.

• The advertiser is responsible for the ad's text, images and the link it points to; an ad may not be misleading, unlawful or infringe anyone else's rights.
• Ad images created with AI may be used by the advertiser for their ad on KibrisYuvam; checking that the information in the image is accurate before publishing is the advertiser's responsibility.
• Ads that break the rules or exceed an ad space's limit may be removed or paused.

7Content License

You retain ownership of the photos and text you upload. To host, display, and show them in search results, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use them. This license ends automatically once the retention period described in Article 10 elapses after you delete the listing or your account.

8Enforcement and Deterrent Measures

Rule violations are escalated according to severity: Warning (first/minor violation) → Suspension (repeated or moderate violation) → Permanent ban (fraud, forgery, repeated harassment). For serious violations, we may skip straight to a suspension or a permanent ban.

Every sanction, with its reason, is recorded in an immutable audit log; this record cannot be altered or deleted even by an administrator. If you believe you were sanctioned unfairly, you can appeal by contacting us — your case is reviewed by a different administrator than the one who issued it.

For security purposes, the IP address of your login sessions is recorded (see Privacy Policy, Article 9). If fraudulent or criminal activity is detected, these records may be shared with the relevant authorities upon lawful request.

9Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided "as is". KibrisYuvam cannot be held liable for disputes between users, inaccurate or incomplete listing information, a property transaction not being completed, or damages arising from messaging/communication between users. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages (lost profits, data loss, etc.).

10Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time from account settings or by contacting us. After a deletion request, your account remains suspended for 30 days — during this period you can cancel by logging back in. At the end of 30 days, your account, listings, and listing photos are permanently deleted, and your identity is removed from the platform. The privacy-related details of this process, and what cannot be deleted, are in Article 11 of the Privacy Policy.

11Pricing

Using the platform, publishing listings and publishing ads is currently free. If paid features (e.g. featured listings) are introduced in the future, this will be announced at least 30 days in advance, and current free usage will never be charged retroactively.

12Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or website. The current text is always published on this page; continuing to use the platform after an update means you accept the new terms.

13Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC). Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of TRNC courts.
