Listing a property, or advertising?

Both routes start from the same shore, both pass through the same review, and both reach open water somewhere different. Follow whichever one applies to you.

ROUTE 1

List your property

Starts from "Create listing" in your profile and moves through ten short steps.

  1. Listing typeFor sale or for rent.
  2. CategoryResidential, land, commercial…
  3. Property detailsSize, room count, age.
  4. LocationRegion, village/district, a pin on the map.
  5. FeaturesPool, parking, sea view — anything extra.
  6. PriceCurrency and whether you’ll consider a trade.
  7. PhotosEvery photo is reviewed individually before it goes live.
  8. Title and descriptionThis text goes through the same review as the photos.
  9. Contact preferencesCall, WhatsApp, or in-app message — your choice.
  10. PreviewSee the finished listing before you send it in.

5

Your default active-listing limit. Publishing past it means removing or pausing one of your existing listings first. Need a higher limit? Ask an admin.

Worth knowing

  • A listing sitting in "Pending review" isn’t visible yet — it waits for an admin to approve it.
  • If an admin asks for a change, your listing moves to "Changes requested" — edit it and resubmit.
  • Photos and the title/description are reviewed separately — one can be rejected while the other stays approved.
  • A published listing stops on its own after 3 months (status moves to "Expired") — you can put it back up yourself without waiting for another approval.

ROUTE 2

Advertise

Only for accounts an admin has granted advertising access to.

  1. Ad access is set upAn admin marks your account as an advertiser and decides which zone(s) you can use and how many ads you may keep live at once in each. This isn’t something you can turn on yourself.
  2. Prepare the imageUpload a ready-made image (it must match the zone’s exact shape) or generate one from your own photos with AI.
  3. Submit itAI scans the image first, but a human always makes the final call — nothing goes live automatically.
  4. LiveAn approved ad rotates through the zone you were assigned.

10

Your monthly AI image-generation quota. Uploading a ready-made image doesn’t use it up — only generating one with AI does.

Worth knowing

  • A ready-made upload must match the zone’s exact shape (a wide strip, a square card, whatever that slot is) — anything outside it gets cropped.
  • The headline/subheadline/CTA text you type is drawn onto the AI image afterward, exactly as typed — the model never rewrites or garbles it.
  • How many ads you may run at once in a given zone is assigned to your account specifically — you can’t change it yourself.
  • Getting ad access also raises your active-listing limit automatically, from 5 to 30 — advertising doesn’t cost you room to list properties.

Both routes: everything passes through one gate

AI does the first pass, but the decision to publish always comes from a person — true for listings and ads alike. Nothing goes live on its own.

Frequently asked

Questions people ask

Listing a property

Does it cost anything to list a property?

No — listing a property is free.

When does my listing go live?

Once an admin has reviewed and approved its photos and its title/description. Until then it shows as "Pending review" and nobody else can see it.

Why do I have to verify my phone number?

You verify once before publishing: we text a code to your number. Each number can belong to one account only — that stops one person opening several accounts to post fake or duplicate listings.

Verify on your profile →
How many listings can I have live at once?

Five by default. If you need more, ask an admin for a higher limit.

My listing expired — what now?

Live listings stop on their own after 3 months. Put it back up from "My listings"; it doesn’t need another approval.

What is a listing alert?

You save the criteria of the property you’re after; when a new listing that matches goes live, we email you and send a notification. You can keep up to 10 alerts.

Messaging

How do I contact a property owner?

The listing page shows whichever ways the owner left open: a phone call, WhatsApp, or an in-app message. Sending an in-app message requires signing in.

Can I delete or edit a message I sent?

Yes, until the other person reads it (two blue ticks). After that you can only remove it from your own screen with "Delete for me" — a price or promise that was read can’t be quietly taken back.

How do I block or report someone?

From the "⋯" menu at the top right of the chat. Once blocked, neither of you can message the other, and they aren’t told they were blocked. Unblock them from Profile → Blocked users.
